To me, that baby looks bigger than 13 lb.

It may just be the picture, but I think he looks like the size of a medium dog. Like you gave birth to a full-grown cocker spaniel or something.

That kid looks bigger than my 18 lb 7 month old, but I guess the baby is also 5" shorter.

I'm also going to say undiagnosed GD.

I've never been pregnant and my vagina started crying looking at that picture. At least the little girl is ok, though I bet her mom is having fun returning all the newborn, 1 month, and 2 month old clothes now...
