courthouse wedding

I am planning on getting married in the courthouse in NYC while on vacation in December. What courthouse is good to go to that is near Time Square where we are staying? Also looking for an inexpensive photographer. Planning on getting married on December 13th. Any help is appreciated.......

From What I know you have to do it in the Marriage Bureau office which is downtown, and I know for sure you need to get the Marriage Licence 24 Hours before the wedding

In Manhattan, you would need to marry at the City Clerk's office downtown, not near Times Sq. Brooklyn city hall is also very nice. Start with looking at this website with official info though. And keep in mind you do need to get your license 24 hours in advance.

No courthouse in or near Times Square. You have to travel a couple of miles back and/or forth. You may want to get a hotel in or near Times Square.

ditto others. you can get married at one designated location in each of the five boros. the manhattan location is downtown, not near times square. but there's easy transit from times square.

Look into DD Pro Imaging. They have done Central park/city hall weddings in NY.
