We are about 30 mins North of Council Bluffs, IA and are looking for a rustic reception location. We are planning on having around 350 people. I would prefer a barn location, but I am open to conference centers/golf courses with a view. The other kink is that we are on a budget! We are willing to go 30mins in any direction from us. Any ideas?
