  Modcloth They're improving their plus size offerings a lot. Many of their dresses go up to 3X, and they have a helpful search function for plus size. Their dresses tend to run a little short and "young," but I've worn multiple dresses from them to weddings.

  For a country wedding, if it is really casual you could wear jeans, cowboy boots, and whatever shirt you want.  Otherwise, you could wear a sundress or cocktail dress and comfortable shoes (if the venue is in a barn or outside or something) and not worry about dressing specifically for the country theme.

  I like Modcloth's styles but have trouble with their sizing.  Check out Kohls, I usually have good luck with some of dresses.  I also really like Nordstrom's plus-sized dresses.  Some are pretty pricey, but I've managed to get a few in the $40-60 range.

  eshakti.com has lots of gorgeous dresses in literally every size imaginable. You can also get it custom tailored by providing your actual measurements. You can change the length, or sleeve-type for an extra $7. I wore a dress I ordered from there to sing at a wedding about 6 months ago, and I still get compliments.

  Another vote for Dress Barn. I used to wear a size 20, and their dresses were the most flattering for my pear-shape figure. I always went there when I needed a dress for a wedding or holiday party.
