Custom Seersucker Bridesmaids Dresses

I looked forever for seersucker bridesmaids dresses, but the ones I found from Threads and other sites were just too expensive.  I was able to have them custom made by a loca seamstress for $45 per dress plus the cost of fabric, around $25 per dress.

    Who is your seamstress? I'm trying to find an inexpensive one in NC to make my BM dresses. Thanks!

    My seamstress is in Forest City, NC.  Where in NC are you?  She is charging $40-$50 per dress and I had to buy the fabric for the dresses.  The fabric was about $25 per dress including the lining.  We are in Western NC, about an hour west of Charlotte.  If you're near there let me know and I'll send you her information. :)

    I am thinking about having my bridesmaids wear seersucker too...where did you get the fabric for the dresses? This seems like a much more cost-effective route than buying $300 ones from LulaKate...

    This thread is 2 1/2 years old, @laurajasmine.  I doubt cortnlove comes around anymore.  I'd venture to say any large fabric store could assist you.
