Hi All,

We just set the date for the tasting for our caterer. We are pretty sure this is the one, since price and reviews are all great, and they are very experienced with our venue. Anythings we should think about as far as questions for service, set up, etc? They are going to do linens, china rental too.

And below is our proposed menu, anything you think its missing? I am thinking I am going to get rid of the tuna app and sub it with something else, and I think we need one more side vegetable. Also they can the chicken and steak gluten free for our gluten free guests. Do you think there is enough variety of things people would like?

Cocktail Hour passed apps-
Thai style chicken satay
Seared ahi tuna
Sun dried tomato goat cheese and basil crostini
Tequila shrimp

Stationary apps-

  • No side dishes?  You might want a vegetable and/or starch added in there.  The Eggplant/tomato stacks look more like a veggie entree to me and may not be something that a lot of people like.  However, the food sounds great, just something to consider.
