I just wanted to say that the Knot Concierges are adorable, very sweet, super helpful, and basically amazing. Sarah especially is cute as a button and I so appreciated her help today!

    RebeccaB88 The Knot is testing a chat/concierge service... basically you get to chat with one of their employees to get help with the site instantly. And so far I love it. I hope you get to test it out soon!

    Hey Everyone!

    Our concierges are a new group of stylists and event experts on TheKnot.com team. Their mission is to help brides plan and pull off their dream weddings. From color palette suggestions to etiquette answers, fashion ideas and even wedding vendor recommendations, our team is available throughout the week via chat on TheKnot.com.

    We’re really excited about the program but we’re still in beta mode so the concierges are only available in select cities for now. Stay tuned as we roll out more cities over the next few months.
