Winery/Barn/Farm Northern VA

I am looking for an affordable venue for a reception only--around 100 people.
Affordable meaning less than $10,000 total (less ideally!).
Would like for it to be in the country in NoVA, not anywhere south of the metro area will work.
The Pavilion at the Farm at Broad Run would be ideal (venue rentals starts at $1700) but it will most likely be in January so we can't be outside!

The wedding is a destination so we don't want a formal reception! :)

    Try some of the winery locations in VA; such as Breaux or Hillsborough-they are gorgeous and rustic and can be reasonable for the time of year that you are holding your wedding/reception.  Just the drive to get there is incredible and there are things to do in the area such as Harpers Ferry and the Hollywood Casino and horse racing.

    Look towards purcellville, or great falls, there's a ton of Victorian era farms there

    While not in the Northern Virginia area, Hermitage Hill Farm and Stables is great place to check out and it is heated and air conditioned. You may want to check them out. Plus they have beautiful horses that they allow you to feed carrots to.
