How do you decorate reception hall with fabric ceilings?

I am looking into venues and I am really interested in doing one with hanging fabrics from the ceiling. Does anyone know how to do this and is it costly? I live in Pittsburgh, PA and cannot select a venue because of this reason.

    I would post this on the DIY board and on your local board. It may be costly because fabric isn't always cheap but I don't know the prices is PA

    When looking at venues, you need to ask them if they would even allow this.  And unless you have a huge budget for your wedding, I would not worry about doing this.  It will be costly.  The guests at your wedding will not care that you have your ceiling decorated if you have a minimal amount of food to eat.  Your guests will remember the food, not the decor.  I would also call around to rental companies, they may be able to do this for you and give you an estimated cost.
