We just got engaged on Christmas day.. We're getting married in August. I've been told that is cutting it close in terms of ordering my wedding dress so I've already started looking and plan on ordering within the next couple weeks. But when do i take my bridesmaids dress shopping? would they need to go this far in advance also? Being that we just got engaged i don't want to force my bridal party to dive in head first into this wedding especially right in the midst of the holidays. Is there a much shorter turn around time for bridesmaid dresses? Could we put this off for a month or 2 or the sooner the better?
