David's Bridal Colors??

Does anyone know if David's Bridal or other bridal salons in general brings in new colors for bridesmaids dresses depending on the season? I plan on stopping by tonight and talking to someone there about it, but I wondered if anyone here knows. The reason I ask is because our wedding colors are gray and mint, and I am having a really hard time finding mint bridesmaids dresses anywhere, so I'm wondering if it's because of the season. I'm hoping that during Spring there may be more mint options to choose from. Anyone know? Thanks!

Dude same here!! I actually found a lot of mint options at DB but my MOH is complaining that she hates DB and won't shop there....well she may have to because I've scoured about 10 other designers/stores and none of them carry mint! So I'm hopeful with you that some more come soon...let me know if you find any...

Can't help you with DB's but Alfred Angelo has a "Pistachio" and a "Sea Mist" that might be close, as do a couple designers in the Dessy Group - "Celadon" and "Mint." Bill Levkoff has a "Pistachio" but it looks a little green-heavy.

ModCloth.com has a bunch that are cheaper and way more wearable than anything from a bridal shop.

I do know that DB is changing their colors in February...or that's what I was told when I last visited in the fall! If you're not in a rush, you could wait and see what changes there as well.

Same. The color, Harvest, is perfect for what I'm looking for, but I don't know if it'll be around. I decided to wait instead of having my girls shop early because I have a 13 year old bridesmaid who would grow six inches just because and another bridesmaid who has been talking about (and taking action towards) losing weight, so I want the dresses to fit as best as they can when first bought to avoid major alterations later.

You might also check out other retailers. I ended up getting my bridesmaids dresses from deb dress shops. They are much less pricey than DB anyway.
