Classy/Budget Venue near or close by Charlotte that allows outside catering/alcohol

Hi! We are looking for a venue for Fall 2014 or Spring 2015 that looks nice but allows outside catering/alcohol that is also open for an evening wreception on a Sunday. Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hands down check out www.prc-concord.com
Marble floors chandeliers and a great ambiance. It is a historic bank turned into a wedding venue! And you can bring in outside food and drinks!

I'm using BanquetOne for our evening Saturday reception. The website is just www.banquetone.com

They have hardwood floors, chandeliers, and include the sound system, tables, chairs, table linens, two TVs, use of their kitchen, and a few other things. They charge $1200 for 5 hours and are located near the Northlake area of Charlotte.
