I am getting married outside and would love to make a wall of ribbon to be carried by the breeze. I am looking for a way to do this very inexpensively. Does anyone know how to make the structure of the wall of ribbons for an outdoor ceremony? I saw some sites talking about pvc pipes, but how do you make the pipe stay and not tip over? Thanks in advance.
