My Dress Is In

I picked it up today and I'm pretty happy with it but there are a few things I need to do...
  • under dress corset (I've worn corsets many times before and LOVE the look they give me)
  • find padded hip underwear to even out my ginormous bust
  • grow a bum

    It is yet to be altered, correct?  If you are going to be wearing undergarments that would change up your measurements, I would personally purchase those first then put them on with the dress before having your first fitting.  I am not an expert but it looks like the top might be a little tight; dresses usually come in about a B cup.  I believe you should be able to put two fingers in the top.  Is the bra you were wearing when the pictures were taken a good fit on you?  I only ask because it might be that you wearing a bra that is too small which could cause a spillage/movement of your lady-lumps.

    not yet altered, I had on a poorly fitting strapless bra and I discovered that without it, the girls 'sit' in the dress much better :)

    I hate my boobs.  They truly are the bain of my existence

    I think your hips look fine, not disproportionate.  I do think the dress needs to be taken out a bit at the top, esp. on the sides of the bust.  However since it is corset back you should be able to fix this no problem.

    I realized after we took the pics that it looked much better when I took off the bra, the girls 'sat' more where they belonged and there was no spillage :)

    I hate boobs.

    It depends on what you want.  Do you want something pretty or something that is GOOD.  Often, those are two different things, I will be getting a new one for the wedding, but when you're looking make sure you find one with eyelets close together as it is far easier to control the tightness with those.  I'm sure I'll post it when I find the one I want, but I know it will be underbust style (no cups)
