help with seating chart tool

I added more guests to my main list but when I go into the seating chart tool it's only showing the old number so people are missing...thanks!

@estapert the tools on TK are known for not working consistently. I use the seating chart on Wedding Wire and have not had any issues. I would suggest switching over.
