Slow day things

1. I played hooky today. I'm tired, feeling a little rundown and stressed. I've got stuff to do around the house. I just needed some time without work or the kids to worry about.

2. My stupid toe is so bruised and ugly looking. It also is super uncomfortable to wear shoes. Bah.

3. DH knew I was feeling stressed last night, so he brought me home beer. He knows that craft beer over flowers is always the way to go.

4. I love that DefConn wakes up and says, "I want to go play with my friends at TeeTee's (the sitter)!"

5. I'm cleaning out the DVR today. Need to make room for all of the returning shows.

6. H is shopping for a truck. Of course I find a car I love. :-/ Don't need.

7. We've all picked dressed for friend's wedding, okay, I have and I get to keep it...so I don't care. Now I just gotta pay a bajillion dollars when it goes on "sale".

I won't lie, at 3 pm yesterday I had a beer. We are in the midst of like a gazillion deadlines and I'm on a project I hate so yeah. I had a beer.

1. boo 2. Picture! 3. We had ice wine last night. eh 4. Yay! I'm ridiculously tired. Max was up at 4:45 and then the three just sort of went back and forth waking up so I've basically been up since then. I'm also annoyed that Meijer and Costco have worn me out. Their naps have been shit today too. I did find this pitcher set at Costco for $15. @6fsn - I'm planning on making some pineapple infused vodka/vodka soaked pineapple this weekend. My friend requested that I also make rum soaked pineapple. I told her I couldn't because I only had one glass container that would work for this. I must now go to Costco to get that set. Now.

Dude I JUST bought pineapple at Meijer. It was the "have to go" $2 batch so it's super sweet too.

Why did booze not even cross my mind?!?! Is there something special I need to do? I'm hosting Bunco in April and this could be awesome.
