Hi ladies! I am looking for something that I don't know if it exists. Maybe you all will have more information.
So, I am planning a NJ wedding for summer of 2015. I already have the venue and band booked and am on my way to also book the florist as well as the photographer, all of the big ticket items, lets say. But, I am planning my wedding from overseas, so while Skype has been helpful with meeting/talking and concreting vendors, as you all know there are probably one million other details + logistics, etc to take into consideration. In this way, I was considering a wedding coordinator. My venue already has one but I thought about hiring one for all of these small pre-wedding details that I need to take care of. Not so much doing the stuff, but more so along the line of reminding me to get it done, or create a timeline of all the smaller things to think about (escort cards, programs, votive candles on the tables day of, organization of bouquets, favors, by when to get the tuxes rented/dressed bought). I know there are a million checklists to do these things, but as I am far away, I thought it might be wise to have someone with their feet on the ground, so to speak, to help me with the more particular details of the wedding.
Does anyone know / have worked with someone reputable that has these kinds of packages (which is not necessarily planning, because I have that more or less under control but more like organizing, perhaps for lack of a better word)? I don't even know if what I am describing exists but if it does, recommendations are very welcome (either PM or here)! Thanks so much ladies!
