Suggestions for day of coordinator (or any vendor) for San Diego- familiar with point loma base?

Just looking for some suggestions for a day of coordinator that knows the procedures for the point loma Navy base? Or any vendors that may have worked there in the past? I have some suggestions from the base but I like to hear opinions as well about them. Thanks!
