BBQ catering in MSP area?

Any recommendations on caterers who do BBQ?  It would be sweet to have the food being BBQ'd onsite, but this is not a requirement.  When I say BBQ, I'm referring to things like roasted pig, brisket, ribs, chicken, sausage, etc.
