  Vistaprint has some.  And honestly, any shower invitations without a gender referenced would work.

  You could do something like this, but change it from "Bridal Shower" to "Wedding Shower".

  i would suggest you keep it simple with bold typeface and no images. That makes it manlier in a very subtle way and leaves out gendered imagery from the invite entirely.

  Etsy has some customizable invites. And a lot of times vendors are willing to work with whatever you want on them that's what we did for save the dates!
