Monday Accountability

B: Oatmeal, Greek yogurt

S: Apple

L: I thought I had a soup at work but I don't so I will probably order a salad.

S: Baby carrots

D: Tilapia with jalapeno garlic olive oil from my first Hatchery box! Sauteed spinach and baby red potatoes on the side.

E: Hoping to walk home from work (2 miles) as long as it's not too cold.

    E: I ran 4 miles with Cinders on Saturday so I've made a committment to do it again today.

    E: My new wall barre is supposed to be delivered so hopefully I can do some pure barre for the first time in nearly 2 weeks. My body hurts at even the thought of it!

  • I'm trying to meal plan dinners for the week right now because I have to go food shopping after work so....

    Monday: tilapia (jalapeno garlic olive oil)
    Tuesday: out
    Wednesday: BBQ turkey joes 
    Thursday: crockpot chicken tacos
    Friday: hoping pork butt is on sale so I can use my new spice rub!

    I've missed the last few of these, mostly because I was on an eating binge.  Sigh.

    Anyway, today:
    B: Protein smoothie, coffee & creamer
    L:  Chicken & brown rice w/mixed veggies
    D: Not sure yet, perhaps a lunch redo.

  • I'm back, ladies. Between a work trip to Vegas and a week of vacation (aka eating and drinking my face off), it's no surprise that I'm up 5 lbs (above the 10 I was still trying to lose). My goal is to lose 15 lbs by 4th of July. I'm ready to crack down!

    E: 3 mi run this a.m.

    Ok, so this wasn't a great start, but that's because we haven't gone grocery shopping yet. I swear I'll be conscious of my calories today :)

  • B:  chunk of homemade WW bread with whipped butter

    L:  bowl of stew, fruit

    S:  I don't know.  I'm sure I'll eat something.

    D:  out to eat for my dad's birthday:  getting a small steak, a few bites of baked potato (butter only!), salad, and a roll; cake!

    WO:  none... trying to get over a sinus infection and bronchitis.

  • B - Cheerios dry and an apple
    S- Pretzel crisps
    L - frozen yogurt :) I had the dreaded yearly dr's appt so I figured I deserved it.
    D - I'm thinking about making mashed potatoes and noodles.

    E - arm, back, and leg exercise. Yoga if FI is up for it.

  • ETA:  not going out to eat after all tonight...  started getting sick to my stomach, so we're going to go another night.  I requested H pick up ginger ale on his way home from work, but not sure what else we'll have tonight.
