Do you know anyone famous?

Sadness. I missed this thread originally, so I'm going to do it too now that it's been revived!

I met Devon Sawa and JTT when they were in Savannah filming Wild America at the extras casting tryouts (I didn't make it), and Thora Birch, Christina Ricci, Demi Moore, and Rosie O'Donnell at the same sort of thing for Now and Then. I also trick or treated at Will Smith's house when he was in Savannah filming The Legend of Bagger Vance, because they filmed the golf course scenes in my neighborhood. Musicians: I've met a ton. Most famous is probably the Indigo Girls, but I've met and hung out with a lot of smaller artists because my friends were in bands that opened for their local shows.

FI's best friend (and the father of our godchildren) is a professional makeup artist in Atlanta, so he's always telling us about people he meets: Josh Duhamel, Sandra Bullock (and the whole BlindSide cast - he was in the movie as one of the football players and got to do some improv with her but they cut it from the movie), Rob Zombie (he was an extra in Halloween II). He's currently working on "Walking Dead" which he's in as a zombie extra and he's the Assistant Makeup Artist or something on that Lifetime Series Drop Dead Diva. He makes incredible money doing something he loves, but totally retains his down to earth-ness, and we couldn't be happier for him. :-)

When Josh played football in high school, he blocked Glenn Dorsey.

He was a big deal around here, especially when he played for LSU (football is a religion here, which makes that guy a saint). When you drive to his hometown, they have a sign up that says "Welcome to Gonzales, home of GLENN DORSEY"

I like to tease Josh about his "good ol' days" playing football and blocking the bajeezus out of Glenn Dorsey.

Sidney Crosby is from here (plays for the Penguins). I've seen him around and I know people that know him. I wouldn't call him a friend tho...he's just a guy from here lol

Episode 11 or something like that this season there's something to do with clowns...I'm not sure, but I know that was the first episode he worked on, and they liked his technique so much they offered him the job for real!
