    B:  slice of homemade WW bread with raspberry preserves, 1 pc. bacon, 2 eggs; homemade iced coffee with splash of whole milk (need to work on the iced coffee)

    L:  leftover grilled lemon garlic herby chicken kabobs, ST jamaican red beans and rice, cabbage/fruit slaw; banana; mini York peppermint patty

    S:  larabar and/or orange

    D:  One-Pot Whole Roasted Chicken (cut up) with potatoes, carrots, onions (LINK) and maybe some green beans, too

    WO:  Insanity M1 D12 (Power and Resistance plus Cardio Abs); gardening (need to hoe the ground and plant all my new seedlings, plus harvest some lettuce and spinach and pull up all the arugula because it bolted already!!)

    E: I ran six miles yesterday, so I'm giving my legs a break today. I'm down 0.6 lbs for the week... inching closer to my goal!

    I really MUST start doing this accountability thread for the simple fact of meal planning... If I write it down, it will give me a guide rather than going into the day blindly about what to eat.

    Okay, I muuuust get back on track, damn it! First dress fitting in t-minus 24 days and I've been slacking.

    B - greek yogurt & fruit
    L - turkey & avocado wrap with hummus
    S - mixed nuts
    D - shrimp salad
    E - finally got the barre installed in the basement & the dvd arrived saturday, so game on!
