Should I hire destination travel specialist?

We are getting married February 2015 in Cancun. We have a small group maybe 30 people. Did anyone use a specialist or did you contact all the hotels? This seems a little overwhelming. We are getting married Nov 1, 2014 1st. Any recommendations? Appreciate your insight!

I went through TravelZap. I also heard Beachbum vacations were pretty good as well. We are getting married in Riviera Maya in September of 2015 and we have already booked our resort. We actually narrowed it down to 3 resorts we liked and then the travel agent gave us the price quotes and we chose from there! I basically looked on travelocity at the ratings and reviews to choose. TravelZap then set up a website for us and included all of our travel information on it so our guests could book through them. Easy peasy!

We are going through LetThereBeTravel they have been amazing, and gave us a ton of upgrades, resort credits, beat all the online prices and more! Couldn't be happier.

I am using Beach Bum right now. They have been really nice and no pressure at all (we haven't decided for sure if we want a destination wedding or not)
