  • B - Cheerios, dry
    L - Subway cold cut sandwich and fruit...possibly a cookie if my boss bought any :)
    S - graham crackers if I get hungry.
    D - I think FI is wanting baked ziti and bread sticks so possibly that...

    E- 45 minute walk around our neighborhood. Ab and arm workout.

    I use to do the 30 day shred and I quit and started it so much that I just got so bored.. so I spent the $100 on her body revolution plan because I was obsessed with the results people were getting... However I have yet to make it past week 3....

  • I'm lurking on this thread and not postng because I'm boring and pretty much eat the same thing every day (egg whites with cheese and salsa, microwave meals and chicken salads with a few snacks thrown in) but wanted to post about Jillian Michaels.  I started 30 day shred again (day two this morning).  I'm sore but it isn't as bad as I remember (I did 30 day shred a year ago) and you feel great after...just wanted to offer that encouragement.  I'm going to track my stats if anyone else wants to join me.
