I have a question! My dress is ivory and my FI wants to wear a white jacket with black pants. Does he need to wear an ivory jacket so we match? If yes, does the shirt underneath stay white!? I have seen a picture of this and I think it looks weird with an ivory jacket and white shirt, but I'm not sure if it would look ok for him to be in white, and me in ivory. What do you all think?

    I'm sure this is way exaggerated, but most bridal ivory dresses are more of a 'soft white'.

    Personally I would ask him to do Ivory to match. But Ivory jacket and white shirt doesn't look bad. I would say no to white everything on him and you in Ivory.

    Thank you everyone! I think he is going to do the white shirt and Ivory jacket. :) 

    I agree, Dignity100, that the image you posted of ivory on white doesn't look bad.
