Do we move it up to when shes available don't want anyone else to do it?
Do we let her plan it up to the wedding and get someone for day of? what would you do?
Btw shes like my fairy godmother seriously bangs head.....

    If you like her that much and know she can get the job done i would say stay with her as long as you can and ask if she has a recommendation for someone for the day of to help you out.. HTH
