Suggestions for Hair!

Hey ladies! I've been trying to grow my hair out as much as possible so it will be long enough to do something with for the wedding. Any tips or tricks for getting hair to grow faster? I've been using a leave-in hair protein since February and my hair's grown a decent amount, but it's still not as long as I'd like. ANy advice would help! Thanks so much!

I take Biotin daily. I think it has helped, my hair has definitely grown stronger and quicker. And it helps with your nails, too

I'm trying to grow mine out too and get it back to a more natural color. I might break down and get clip in extensions though just to help with length and volume. I will have to try the coconut oil too

I don't know about getting it to grow faster, but washing it less will help make it stronger and less prone to breakage, split ends, etc. so you won't need to have as much cut off when you get it trimmed.
