I am trying to make my wedding have a fairy tale effect and I would like draping from the chandliers and maybe some piping along the walls yet everyone I speak to (friends and family and a wedding coordinator) has told me that it is and will become very pricey. Has anyone dealt with piping and draping or plan to use for their wedding?
