  Ok, so you're looking for Monmouth County at $65pp all in. If you're looking for a dinner reception, I would suggest looking at a restaurant that would host for you. 

  
  

  Here are a couple with party rooms that can hold 100. 

  - Nonna's in Marlboro can hold up to 100 in the main dining room.

  - Metropolitan cafe in Freehold will hold up to 125. 

  - Park 33 in Freehold up to 200. 
  

  - Tim Mcloone's Supper Club up to 160 (dinner buffet at $57 pp including soft drinks)

  
  

  Does time of day matter? The venues I had looked at in Monmouth County that MAY be in your price range if you're willing to do a lunch would be: Spring Lake Manor, Breakers and Doolan's. I can't confirm that but I think they were well under that for a luncheon bridal shower. 

  I really liked the guy at Spring Lake Manor. We told him how much we were looking to spend and he was willing to work within our budget.

  
  

  A couple other places that I didn't receive pricing from but I think a luncheon may be in that range are:

  Sterling Ballroom

  South Gate Manor

  Lakewood Country Club
