Forced log-out on mobile

I use my cell phone to access TheKnot sometimes, but it keeps logging me out automatically whenever I leave the forum and go to another website or shut down the browser. Is there a way to prevent having to re-login every time I come back from some other application or just a power-down?

Unfortunately at this time, this is a bug that has not been resolved yet. Tech is aware of this and trying to fix it, I'll let you know if I hear anymore updates.

It's not just you. It happens often! Especially when you do a page refresh of the "back" button.

@JennyColada Unfortunately I don't have any updates at this time, I'm so sorry how annoying this is. I'm going to follow up again with tech on this!
