Addressing unmarried couple with children

Hey y'all! I am trying to send save the dates. One family is confusing me. The couple is unmarried but living together. They each have their own children. How do you address the envelope? Mr. John Smith, Ms. Jane Doe, and families ?

    Depending on the number of kids, I'd just include them all on one line as six lines of names on an envelope can be unweildy.

    Mr. John Smith
    Ms. Jane Doe
    Alice, Brendan Smith
    Janice, Alex Doe

    And I'd probably just do
    Mr. John Smith
    Ms. Jane Doe
    Alice, Brendan, Janice, and Alex
    even though I know it's technically incorrect.
