So lately there's been a lot of discussion here about food, recipes, etc. Especially when it comes to cooking healthy. I figured we could start a thread where we share our favorites all in one place!

I'll start, I'm a massive fan of Skinnytaste (http://www.skinnytaste.com/) and a couple of my favorite recipes of hers are:

The sauce on this is TO DIE FOR, seriously, double the sauce if you make this (bang bang sauce from IDK where) -

In the fall I love to make baked pumpkins. You have to get the small pie pumpkins. I cut the top off, then throw in a scoop of brown sugar, half a stick of butter, and some nutmeg. Put the top back on and stick it in the oven at 350 for 45 minutes. Then you just scoop out the inside to serve.
