All-Inclusive Wedding Venues/Packages in SoCal

Hey all - 

Just began this whole planning craziness. I was wondering if anyone could recommend some all inclusive venues/packages. Our budget is 13k and we're having about 100 people. 

We're looking at anywhere in the LA area to OC. Preferably somewhere garden-y.

    My FSIL got married at Desconso Gardens in La Canada, and I'm pretty sure they got a package with catering and linens and all that stuff. But I'm not sure how much it cost her (although I heard that it wasn't cheap!).

    I'm getting married at Michael's Tuscany Room in San Pedro. It's pretty competitively priced, and the rate includes a sit down dinner, all the tables/linens/china, and non-alcoholic drinks (water and tea). It's a really nice space, and the rate was low enough that we were able to add an open bar for the reception. We're having 100 people for under $7,000 there. Only catch - it doesn't really have any ceremony space. But there are lots of beaches and parks around!

    I am also having my wedding reception at Michael's Tuscany Room in San Pedro. =)
