  Yea I guess it depends on what you are looking. I got mine from payless from their dyeable collection. I wanted purple shoes but had a really hard time finding any that weren't too tall. I'm an old lady and can't have more than a 2 inch heel.
  
  DSW is a good place to look but I never seem to have luck there. Also you can try the department stores.

  I got mine from the outlet mall in Cypress.  Mine were Nine West hot pink shoes for $30!  But they have other stores too.  Zappos is a good place to look too.

  I bought mine from exoticsalsashoes.com and they are amazingly comfortable!  I would highly recommend them!

  I got a set of dyeable shoes (Colorifics) from Shoebuy.com.  They have them on Amazon as well but, with a sale and a coupon code, they were cheaper on Shoebuy.

  Ditto PP... try Dillards...they have good shoe sales and DSW...I like the one in the Galleria area and the one at Westhiemer and Voss
