I booked 11 rooms (dig the odd number?) at the Bradley Park Hotel, a boutique hotel which 2 minutes away from the Breakers in car, 5 by foot.

THANKS TO FABULOUS COURT, because I used hotelplanner.com, the Bradley gave me very good prices!

Now off to get the last stupid arse room block done: the Breakers.

Okay I probably shouldn't have said that lol. The price is pretty good cosidering in high season those rooms run for $800 a night, but I got the simplest ones, with the old decor at that price.

... Please don't call them and demand that price if you ever want to stay there LOL I kid, I kid.
