I've seen a similar thread on here about this but I can't call the restaurant (I'm in the UK) and I can't fill in the form on the website because I don't have a U.S. number to enter. Tried entering a made up one and it wouldn't allow it.
I tried emailing a generic email that I found on the website and haven't had any response so it's probably got lost in amongst hundreds of emails rather then going to the banquets person.
Can someone help me with a contact as their website is not UK friendly unfortunately
