What did you pay for catering?

I have a quote for 4183 for 80 guests including:

Heavy hor dourves:

Grilled Veggie platters
Oven Roasted Baby Potatoes with asiago and marscapone cheese
Spring rolls
Thai chicken satay
sweet and sour meatballs
vanilla bourbon steak rumaki
international fruit and cheese display
bruschetta bar (hummus, two dips, and an array of crudites)

Then plastic plates. Rentals of wine and water glasses, rentals of 80 chiavari chairs and table linens and napkins.

That doesn't include alcohol or anything because we plan on providing it ourselves...

Just wondering what other people have paid...

I am paying less than 2k for 100 people.. Its part of a package deal though, so I think that they give a bit of a discount.

I'm at $20pp. This includes apps, a plated dinner, water, tea, soft drinks, and all rentals.

I'm at $24/person for appetizers during cocktail hour, buffet including 3 entree options, salad, and 5 sides and drinks (water, iced tea, and hot coffee/tea) and that includes all rentals as well with white linens only. My catering is through my venue though - Hotel Roanoke.
