I recently looked into having my wedding at Wave Hill for about 80 guests. If anyone has had a wedding there would you mind sharing what your total budget was?

I'm not planing on having a bridal party or any extra elements that would bring the cost up but including the catering, photography and a reasonable budget for NYC florists I'm already at $60k all in - including the $10k donation fee the venue requires.

That's not including my dress, transportation there, etc. For such a small guest count, I feel like it's so expensive. Did anyone else spend so much for what's considered a "small" wedding?

    yes. weddings are expensive. I am spending more... way more that what i expected. i feel you. :)
    anyway...question, what is 10k donation fee?

    We had 75 guests. Our budget was $10K but we actually spent about $12K. I had looked into Wave Hill too, but obviously the required donation was the whole budget. We ended up having our reception at the Van Cortlandt Park Lake House.
