Can anyone recommend a barn to rent on the North Shore of Long Island for around $2,500?

Hallockville has a site fee of around 6k. Driftwood farms in Orient looks really nice - but I had trouble getting in contact with them.

Driftwood's site fee was 15k last I heard.
