Wedding Woes

This working everyday is getting old, yo.

Somebody needs to help me think of a way to get off of the plantation.

The only time we ever won "big" (like $2K on penny and nickel slots) in Atlantic City was when we played hooky mid-week and went on like a random Wednesday.
  • Yes, I need a mid week getaway for sure. They also have a ton of concerts going on too.

  • I used to work in theatre. After we moved I took a regular 9-5 job. While I am thankful for the steady income while we save up for the wedding, I am so fucking tired of going to work Every. Damn. Day. In the mornings too. It is no secret that after the wedding I am reevaluating my life choices.
  • I am SO sick of working an office job. I am going to start volunteering at the Humane Society next month, in hopes I will make connections that will result in a job cuddling puppies all day. THAT'S my dream job: Professional Puppy Cuddler.

I have the "I love what I do" and "I hate my job" battle every day. Can I please just be a trophy wife, but have a maid so I don't have to clean my house or work?
Yeppers! Love what I do, love my coworkers (most of the time) and my bosses, hate how draining the work is.

I want to be a perpetual student with household help!

I hear you, @NOLABridesmaid! I worked multiple jobs, different shifts, for several years. It was mentally and physically exhausting.
