Addressing envelope to single mother with different last name from kids

How do I address a wedding invitation (no inner envelope) to a single mother and her kids when she has a different last name?

The examples I can find for two parents with kids with the same last name is:
Mr. and Mrs. Simpson
Bart, Lisa, Maggie

Would this be appropriate for my case?
Ms. Bouvier
Bart, Lisa, Maggie Simpson

The only change I would make since it is on an outside envelope is to include her first name: Ms. Jane Bouvier.

AFAIK, "Lisa" is her full first name (her middle name being "Marie" lends credence to this). I've actually never seen "Lisa" as a nickname for "Elizabeth" before.

Yeah, I found the same sight. I guess it makes sense as a name origin; I've just never seen it used as a nickname before.
