  We did ours at Cheeseburger at the Miracle Mile Shops next to Planet Hollywood.  As a group we also went to Margaritaville in the Flamingo which was very fun.  Diablos at Monte Carlo is also fun especially their rooftop seating.

  We had ours at Lupo in Mandalay Bay so I don't think I am much help. but it was yummy!

  Great ideas, thank you everyone!  i'll look into those!  I like the laid back vibe of your ideas.   burgers are a great idea and I love the outdoor idea.

  we did ours at Le Burger Brasserie in Paris.  extremely affordable and the food was good.

  Hussong's Cantina in the mandalay mall (connects mandalay and luxor) is great for rehearsal dinner; good prices for group food and open bar.  On Fri/Sat nights they have a three piece band too that will play requests.
