How can I send an event question to guests who RSVP'd Yes

Hello, we need to ask guests two questions, if they need transport, and what their main meal preference is (ie meat or fish) Can I send a poll to all those people who have RSVPd to say they are attending? Will we be able to collect the information in a list format?

    I'm confused. Did you not send this info out on the RSVP card?

    Its a follow up question, only relevant for those RSVP yes. I probably should have shouldnt I, but we had transport, diet, there would have been lots of questions on there. :(
