party bus vs hummer limo

Has anyone used a party bus? There is a site called mylouisvillepartybus, but it's a company that you book over the phone and they have several buses across the united states. I don't know if this is a safe way to go or not?

    I got a quote from almost everybody on the planet who would drive for us.  The out of town corporate ones were always crazy expensive.

    We used Wombles, from Nicholasville, KY, and I'd go with them again.  GREAT price.
