Bakery with Late Delivery Options

I intended to use Retro Bakery for our cake and cupcakes, but they can't deliver past 5.  Unfortunately, we are not staying at the hotel where the reception is being held, so if they deliver to us during the day, we won't be able to get them to the reception uless we take them with us to the wedding. 

Has anyone used a bakery that offers delivery options past 5 on a Saturday?  Culinary Pros will arrive at our suite at 7 to prepare for the reception, but I could ask them to come sooner if someone would at least deliver between 6 and 8.

    If you want to you can have them delivered to us and I can have our coordinator take it to your suite at 7 ...?! Our coordinator is with culinary pros, so I'm sure they know each other. Gives her/him something to do considering we won't be back until 8:30 or so.

    We are having a similar problem...we are getting married on a Sunday and no one delivers on a Sunday. so far i have found Sin Ciity Cupkaes and Gigi's have more flexible deliveries. I am not sure how late they deliver.

    Linda, you are the sweetest!!  If I don't figure something else out, I may chat more with you about this.  I've really been looking forward to using Retro for months now, and I'm disappointed they don't have options more suitable for us.

    I am serious...we are staying in the hotel, we get our suite friday and we have a coordinator from 2pm on - so please don't stress over that - we are using Sin City so no need to worry about us confusing our orders <img src="http://cdn.cl9.vanillaforums.com/downloaded/ver1.0/content/scripts/tinymce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-wink.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />
