  Nope - no appointment necessary. They have virtually everything there, and tell you to plan on 2-3 hours.  We did an hour and a half, and then I went back twice for an hour a piece.  Best to have a list ready of what you want/need; it goes faster.

  Yep.  I'd also make sure to take a peek at BBB online and check out their list.  A lot of the stuff is unneccessary. Just make sure you know what YOU need and want and that you don't need everything on there.
