NWR but throwing a party and wording question for my guests

I am throwing a surprise dinner for my husband Tuesday.  Today is the day where I finalize everything and I am waiting on RSVP from one couple. They had told me they are waiting on his work schedule last week.  The thing is I am already paying for 20 people no matter what so their RSVP doesn't really change my finally payment.  It only changes the number of plates and chairs.  The restaurant has already said it wouldn't be an issue because the dinner is family style.

Is there a nice way to tell the couple to come even if last minute they are able to because everything is already paid for but without it sounding I have to pay for their plates even if they don't come?

I just really want them to come and I don't want them to think that me not having an RSVP means they can't come.

I hope that made sense.

and now I have to go delete my accidental post in the wrong board.

    I think I'd just say something like "Feel free to just show up because we'll have plenty of food." or something like that.

    Just call them and say something along the lines of "we haven't heard back from you yet, but I wanted to let you know we really hope you can make it and we're looking forward to seeing you there if you can."  You don't have to go into the whole song and dance about the catering bill, and I think that'd make it pretty clear that they're free to show up regardless of their RSVP status.

    Yup, I'd call them again and use either of PP's wordings.  I like the "Please come if you can, we'll have plenty of food regardless" idea.

     It's my husbands nickname for me.  It is from an incredibly innapropriate episode of ATHF (Aqua Teen Hunger Force.)

    I stopped going to my wedding month shortly after joining when a fellow bride continuely made fun of me because of the name and said I had to be a troll.  She was a pleasure.
