    Grandmothers notice and remember everything.  It's like some wierd grandma code that gets turned on the minute a grandbaby is popped up.  And they will bring it up at every opportunity.

    I wasn't saying that it's a problem to flame regs in general, because that's fine. I was just cautioning against blowing one's load over something that is completely ridiculous. Sure, place cards aren't a big issue, but it's not like Lucky is some seventeen-year old beebee who's crying about how her grandma ruined her SPAYSHUL DAY by buying the wrong placecards four years in advance. So there's that. The reaction did not fit, given the situation.

    I'm new to this board - but I felt compelled to say that I love Lucky's giant picture - pretty hair!  Also - I'm with Nugget on the just use it so you don't have to hear about it for years to come.  My FMIL is incorporating tulle roses into our simple, tailored, centerpieces.  Whatevs.

    you all are highly entertaining btw.
