Churches that allow outside members

Any recommendations on a church in Raleigh that allows outside membersto marry that do NOT charge over $1,000.

- I tried
St. Mary's
All Saints
Millbrook United Methodist

All way too expensive for 1 hour rehearsal and ceremony.

All Saint's Chapel on the campus of St. David's School (near North Hills Mall/midtown) will allow non-members to marry there.  They say the cost for non-alumni is $2000 and alumni pay $1000.  I did not go to school there but in my contract it clearly states $1000 in bold.  Perhaps it was an office error in my favor, but you could contact them and see?

First Presbyterian downtown will book non-members, but not until 6 months out.

I looked at St. Mary's, they have a really strict photo policy, fyi.
